This policy explains what data NexaGaze Tracer collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We believe in keeping things simple and transparent — the same way we build our software.

What data we collect

Error data from your websites

When you add the NexaGaze Tracer tracker to your site, it captures JavaScript errors that occur in your users' browsers. This includes the error message, stack trace, the URL where the error happened, line and column numbers, browser user agent, and a timestamp. We use this data solely to help you debug and fix issues on your site.

We do not collect personal information about your users such as names, email addresses, IP addresses (beyond what is inherent in an HTTP request), passwords, or any form data from your web pages.

Account data

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We store this so we can identify you on your dashboard and send you service-related communications if needed. We never share this information with third parties.

Payment screenshots

If you choose to subscribe to a paid plan via screenshot verification, the uploaded image is stored securely on Cloudinary and analyzed by Google Gemini AI solely to verify the screenshot is authentic. Admins may review the screenshot during the approval process. Once your subscription is activated or rejected, the screenshot is retained only as long as necessary for record-keeping.

How we use your data

• To display error logs on your dashboard so you can debug your applications.
• To group and analyze error patterns to help you identify recurring issues.
• To provide AI-powered insights when you request an error analysis.
• To manage your account, subscription, and access to the platform.
• To improve the NexaGaze Tracer product based on usage patterns (not your error data).

We do not sell your data. We do not use your error logs for training AI models or any purpose outside of providing you the service.

Data retention

Error logs are retained based on your subscription plan: 7 days for Free, 30 days for Starter, and 90 days for Pro. After that period, logs are automatically deleted from our database. Account information is retained until you request deletion.

Data security

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your error data is stored in a MySQL database on secured servers. We follow security best practices including regular updates, access controls, and monitoring. No system is completely immune to breaches, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Third party services

NexaGaze Tracer uses the following third party services:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication and identity management. Your Google sign-in is handled by Firebase.
• Cloudinary — Stores payment screenshot images you upload.
• Google Gemini AI — Analyzes payment screenshots to detect authenticity. We do not send your error data to Gemini.
• Hostinger — Hosts our MySQL database.

Each of these providers has their own privacy and security practices. We recommend reviewing their policies as well.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable.
• Export your error logs from the dashboard at any time.

Cookies

NexaGaze Tracer uses essential cookies for authentication (Firebase session management). We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or any advertising cookies. Our service does not require third-party tracking to function.

Changes to this policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the changes here and update the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are significant, we may also notify you via email or a notice on your dashboard.
