Terms of Service

By using NexaGaze Tracer, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

NexaGaze Tracer is a real-time error monitoring platform that helps developers track and debug JavaScript errors on their websites. We provide SDKs, API endpoints, and a web dashboard for viewing and analyzing error data.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use NexaGaze Tracer. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use NexaGaze Tracer to collect data from websites you do not own or have permission to monitor.
• Send malicious data (XSS, SQL injection, etc.) through our webhook endpoints.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, access other users data, or disrupt the service.
• Use the service for any illegal activity or to violate any applicable laws.
• Upload fraudulent payment screenshots or attempt to circumvent payment verification.

4. Plans and Payments

NexaGaze Tracer offers Free, Starter ($9/mo), and Pro ($29/mo) plans. Free users get 1 project, 1,000 errors per month, and 7-day retention. Paid plans require payment verification via screenshot upload and admin approval. Payments are processed manually through screenshot verification — no credit card information is collected or stored by NexaGaze Tracer.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the original price until the end of the billing period.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your plan will be downgraded to Free at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@nexagaze.com for refund requests.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all error data collected from your websites. NexaGaze Tracer claims no intellectual property rights over your data. We will not use your error logs for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. NexaGaze Tracer is not liable for any damages resulting from service downtime, data loss, or any other issues arising from the use of the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

NexaGaze Tracer and its founder (Bilal at Nexagaze) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Data deletion requests will be honored within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
